1. Non-Custom Items Return Policy

We take great care in processing and fulfilling your order. However, we do not offer returns or refunds for non-custom items unless the order is incorrect due to our error.

  • Eligible for Return or Refund: We will only accept returns or issue refunds if the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our end.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for non-custom items if the order was correctly fulfilled and there are no defects or mistakes on our side.

Before You Order:

  • Please review our size chart carefully to ensure that you select the correct size.
  • Be sure to carefully select your design and the material colors to avoid any issues with your order.
  • If you need assistance with sizing or design, please reach out to our customer service team before completing your purchase.

2. Custom Items Return Policy

Custom items are unique and tailored specifically to your order, so we have a different policy for these products.

  • Error on Our Side: If there is an error with your custom item due to our mistake (e.g., printing error, incorrect design, wrong color), we will gladly accept the return and provide a refund or replacement.

Important:

  • Make sure to check your spellings, t-shirt sizes, and color selections carefully when placing your custom order. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for errors that are the result of customer input.
  • Double-check your design and order details (including colors and sizes) to avoid any issues, as we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made during the ordering process.
  • All mockups on the website are not 100% accurate. Size, color, and placement of the design may not be exactly as shown in the mockups. There may be slight variations between what you see on your screen and the actual product. These discrepancies do not qualify as a valid reason for returns or refunds.

3. How to Request a Return

  • If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, or if there is an issue with your custom order caused by our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info.islandclothingguam@gmail.com
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant images (if applicable) to help us process your return or refund request as quickly as possible.

4. Return Shipping

  • We will shoulder the return shipping costs if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
  • If the return is due to customer error (incorrect size, spelling mistakes, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is processed and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
